Jasmin Singer can usually be found traipsing through Washington Heights or Soho. Her writing has appeared in VegNews, Satya, Heeb, and [[writings|others]]. When she's not writing articles or eating bean curd, she is quite possibly co-leading a Veganism101 Workshop (voted the Village Voice Choice), performing in a [[http://www.chelseanow.com/cn_45/picturesworth.html|play]], looking for her glasses, or trying to pass state legislation to ban [[http://nofoiegras.org|foie gras]] production.

Jasmin is the Outreach Coordinator for [[http://www.farmsanctuary.org|Farm Sanctuary]], the nation's leading farmed animal protection organization. She has a BFA in Acting, an MA in Integrative Health Studies, and a Holistic Health Counseling certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Her days are made fruitful by precious pitbull Rose, feisty feline Xhosa, and sweetheart Mariann.
